Barb's Cheese Ball

This recipe for THE cheese ball came from Barb, a colleague of mine, who had a love of curry powder and an infectious laugh...

So here you go - something random for this sunny Tuesday morning:




THE CHAMPION OF ALL CHEESE BALLS ……


Ingredients:

1 tub of Philadelphia cream cheese (lite if you like)
3 cups grated tasty cheese
1 small can chopped capsicum
2 finely chopped gherkins
1 finely chopped medium sized onion
A splash of Worchestshire sauce

Combine all ingredients and roll into a ball….. sprinkle with a combination of cayenne pepper and dry mustard. (Best made the day before serving.)
